Kindred Spirits is once again a vendor at Layered Cake Artistry during the special Halloween Vendor Market on Saturday, October 28th from 10am-4pm during the Downtown Kennewick Boo Bash Event! W.
Kennewick Ave will be closed to through traffic and the streets will be filled with vendors.
