Spiritless Kentucky 74 Irish Shandy

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. Spiritless Kentucky 74
  • 4 oz. Athletic Upside Dawn Golden Ale
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Syrup*

*Lemon Syrup

Makes approximately 1 cup.

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • Zest of 3 lemons (wash before zesting)
  • 6 oz. lemon juice

Recipe:

Combine all ingredients in a stemmed beer glass. Gently stir and garnish with lemon wheel and mint. A splash of green food coloring brings the Irish spirit to life!
