Château del ISH – Sparkling White

Sparkling white is a multi award-winning carbonated de-alcoholized wine. Based on a blend of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grapes, we gently de-alcoholize the wine at low temperatures to maintain the distinct properties of the grapes in order to deliver the most authentic non-alcoholic experience for the mindful drinker. Our alcohol-free Château del ISH, Sparkling White has been awarded a bronze medal at the IWSC. Founded in 1969 and with entries from over 90 countries, this is one of the industry’s most sought after awards.

FLAVOR NOTES:
With a honey-forward nose and notes of citrus, green apple, pear and peach our blend of Pinot Blanc and Silvaner grapes is considered a demi-sec, medium sweet beverage that transforms on the palate to a wonderful, refreshing acidity.

OUR UNIQUE PROCESS:
The grapes are harvested and pressed directly, inoculated with a yeast culture and fermented in steel vats. Following fermentation the wines are gently de-alcoholized in a proprietary vacuum distillation process in order to maintain the distinct properties of the grapes.

Origin of the grapes: Southern Germany, Rheingau

Recommended food pairings:
Works well with light fish, shellfish or spicy asian food. Also excellent when celebrating small and big life events.

Characteristics: Our non-alcoholic Château del ISH, Sparkling White is considered a demi-sec, medium sweet sparkling wine.

Ingredients: Alcohol-removed wine, grape must, rectified concentrated grape must, carbon dioxide, preservative: sulfites.
