The EINS-ZWEI-ZERO Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is a very appealing, alcohol-free sparkling wine, which is very fresh and juicy right from the start. It’s a delicate blend with clean, fresh flavors. Classic flavors make it suitable for any variety of mild food pairings. No matter the season, we love it alongside a classic roast chicken and lots of vegetables. A pale hue and aromatic herbs, honey, and gooseberries present citrus, lime, and hints of gooseberry and carambola wrapped in a dry, sparkling finish.
