We crafted this alternative golden “ale” with an aroma full of peach, apricot, and honeydew notes. A familiar, full-bodied mouthfeel and crisp malt backbone round out this near beer all while using traditional methods for those moments when only a “craft brew” will do. (Available now through early summer.)

When it comes to our beers, whatever it takes to make it good is what we’re going to do: rare yeast strains, whole leaf hops, non-traditional brewing methods, experimental aging processes… this is truly no compromise brewing devoted to the craft.
