Ingredients
1 cup Sheffield apple cider
1 bottle AF Zilch – Brut Bubbles
1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
Apple slices (for garnish)
Cinnamon sugar (for rimming glasses, optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Glasses:
If using, rim the glasses by brushing the rim with a little caramel sauce and dipping it into cinnamon sugar to coat.
Mix the Base:
In a small bowl, combine the apple cider and caramel sauce. Stir until the caramel is fully incorporated.
Serve:
Fill each flute or wine glass about halfway with the apple cider–caramel mixture.
Top with Sparkling Wine:
Slowly pour the sparkling wine into each glass to fill, pouring gently to preserve bubbles.
Garnish:
Drizzle a little extra caramel sauce over the top and add a thin apple slice on the rim.
Enjoy:
Serve immediately and enjoy your Caramel Apple Mimosas!
Presentation: For a dramatic look, warm a little caramel and drizzle along the inside of the glass before filling (do this sparingly so it doesn’t all sink to the bottom).
