Ingredients
1.52 oz Lyre’s Dry London Gin
1 oz Lyre’s Apéritif Rosso
2.37 oz cranberry juice
1 oz sage simple syrup (see below)
Shake ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain. Garnish
To make sage simple syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
8-10 sage leaves
In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Once dissolved, add the fresh sage leaves. Steep for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Cool. When room temperature, strain to remove sage leaves. Transfer to a bottle or jar. Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
