Recipe: Lyre’s Contessa Negroni

Ingredients:

• 1 Fl Oz Lyre’s Dry London Spirit
• 30oz Lyre’s Aperitif Dry
• 1 Fl Oz Lyre’s Italian Spritz

Method:

• Stir briefly over fresh ice.
• Pour into an old-fashioned glass and garnish with a lemon slice.
