Ingredients:
- 2 oz RumISH
- 1.6 oz Chateau del ISH Sparkling Rose
- 2 oz Passionfruit
- 0.6 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Vanilla syrup
- 0.6 oz Egg whites
Garnish:
- Half a passion fruit
Method:
Add all ingredients expert for the Sparkling Rose. Shake with ice and strain into coupette glass and top with Sparkling Rose.
