Ingredients:
- 3 oz Lyre’s Dry London Spirit**
- 1 oz Lyres Orange Sec**
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup*
- lemon slice or twist ( for garnish)
Instructions:
- Fill a shaker with ice, add Lyre’s Dry London Spirit, Lyres Orange Sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Add lemon garnish

- * simple syrup is 1:1 sugar and water
